Philately Life is a personal, non-commercial archive of philatelic material published by Purnendu Singh from Pune, India. It is maintained as a study resource. By using the site you accept the terms set out below; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using the site
You are welcome to read, browse, and quote from the site for personal study, research and private reference. You may not scrape or bulk-download the archive, republish it in whole or in substantial part, resell any of its content, or present the material as your own work.

Images and copyright
Unless stated otherwise, all photographs, scans and written descriptions on this site are © PhilatelyLife. The items themselves are historical objects; the images of them, and the text accompanying them, are original work and are protected.
Stamp designs, postal markings and other reproduced artwork remain the property of their respective issuing authorities and rights holders. They appear here for the purposes of study, commentary and record.
Clause 4
Asking permission
Permission to reuse an image or a passage of text is usually given for educational, editorial and philatelic-society purposes — ask first, and credit Philately Life with a link to the page it came from. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

Accuracy
Attributions, dates and catalogue references are given in good faith and to the best of my knowledge, but this is the work of one collector rather than an authenticating body. Nothing here should be relied upon as an expert opinion, a certificate, or a statement of value. Corrections are welcome and will be made.

The site links to external catalogues and reference sites as a convenience. Those sites are not affiliated with Philately Life, and their content, availability and privacy practices are not under my control.

Not a dealership
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Items shown are from a private collection and are not for sale, and valuations are not provided.

These terms may be revised from time to time. The date at the head of this page shows when they were last changed; continued use of the site after that date means the revised terms apply.
