Barwani
The Feudatory State of Barwani – III
1921-1948
Rana Devi Singh originally ruled as a minor under the Queen Regent of Barwani. Born on 19th August 1922, he was educated at Daly College, Indore and married Dilhar Kumari, the princess of Kutch in 1943. He ruled from 1930 till India’s independence and was succeeded by Maharana Manavendra Singh, the tutular ruler of Barwani. Rana Devi Singh passed away in 2007.
